“I stayed for 5 nights and it really started to feel like home. The room was warm and cosy and made up everyday. The bathroom especially clean. Breakfast was certainly above average and Patricia was lovely. She would provide me with fresh cold milk every evening when I came in from work. On the last day she let me store my suitcase and bags in the lounge, I felt they were perfectly safe there and I found a lovely note from her on top. Great location, easy to find from the train station, close to main town, bars, restaurants etc. Patricia has clearly been running this B&B for many years and her experience shows. I had a wonderful stay and I really cannot give enough credit to Patricia and hospitality skills. She made my working week that bit easier. If ever i needed to stay in Tunbridge Wells again, I'd be back to 40 York Road in a shot.” Eleanor P
